Sevan Villa

Karen, the owner, was friendly and helpful. The villa is huge with 3 floors. Each person in our group had their own room with a bathroom. The view from the balcony is fine. The table tennis table on the third floor was a great addition. The local hostess were pretty good too accommodate us. Reasonably priced transfer to and from Sevan.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. From the balcony, you could sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset while sipping on your favorite drink. the rooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for our group.

The Wi-Fi connection could have been better, as we occasionally experienced some difficulties with connectivity.

Stayed at this villa for a romantic escape and had a great time. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, we could sit there for hours and just admire the scenery. the owner was really friendly and always available when we needed him. We also appreciated the fact that each of us had our own room with a private bathroom, and we could play table tennis on the third floor.

I did feel a bit unsafe as the house was easily accessible and could have been broken into. the Wi-Fi connection was not very good and the water in the pool was a bit too cold for our liking.
